The Role
As HR Advisor, you will:
*Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice on policies, absence, performance, and employee relations.
*Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
*Assist with onboarding and induction programmes.
*Maintain accurate HR database records and prepare reports.
*Coordinate Occupational Health appointments and manage benefit platforms.
*Contribute to HR projects, audits, and training initiatives.
About You
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or Advisor role.
*Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*A positive, proactive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
