What You’ll Do
*Process incoming enquiries using SAP and Salesforce CRM.
*Prepare accurate cost estimates and customer quotations.
*Source prices and delivery schedules from suppliers.
*Manage purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods.
*Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce CRM (preferred).
*Previous experience in the sales process (quote to order or order to delivery) is an advantage.
*A proactive, customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
