Are you experienced within Legal Administration? Administration coordination or training? Seeking a new role? Look no further!
Our client a known law firm in Kings Lynn is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in empowering our lawyers and support staff to make the most of our legal systems, and operational procedures. You’ll deliver engaging training sessions, develop learning materials, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools across the firm.
This role involves delivering training sessions and coordinating training across the organisation. It can be worked on a flexible hours basis; however, remote working is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver courses on document management, case management, and collaboration tools.
*Coordinate and administer firm-wide modules
*Develop engaging learning materials—videos, guides, and e-learning modules.
*Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners, including system/IT training.
*Partner with the business support team
*Support system rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives.
*Maintain accurate records.
*Deliver training both in-person across offices and via online sessions.
*Gather feedback from users to improve training materials, workflows, and best practices.
*Assist in maintaining clear and up-to-date operational documentation and user guides.
About You
*Experience in training, compliance, AML checks, legal operations/business support, or a similar role within a professional services environment.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
*Proactive, organised, and collaborative approach.
*Previous training experience desirable but not essential.
