Event Manager – Automotive Sector
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE + benefits
Location: West London
I’m working on behalf of a fast-growing automotive client seeking an Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile events that showcase new products and strengthen brand presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of national events and activations that play a key role in the success of their marketing strategy.
About the Role
You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, from product launches and press events to dealer conferences and brand activations. Working closely with marketing, PR, retail teams, and external agencies, you’ll ensure every event is executed flawlessly and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver a range of events including product launches, media/press events, dealer conferences, and brand activations
*Support retailer marketing teams to localise national events for product launches
*Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure 360° marketing integration
*Develop detailed event plans and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
*Present event strategies and walkthroughs to senior management
*Evaluate event performance and provide market feedback post-event
*Manage multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
What We’re Looking For
*Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
*5+ years’ experience in event management within automotive OEMs or event agencies
*Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*Open-minded, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
*Understanding of global brand operations is a plus
