Product Launch Manager – Automotive Sector
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + benefits
Location: UK
I’m working on behalf of a leading automotive client that’s preparing for multiple new model launches over the next year. They’re looking for a Product Launch Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end process and ensure every launch is delivered flawlessly.
About the Role
This is a key position where you’ll coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Training, and more to deliver successful go-to-market strategies. From compliance and homologation to marketing content and dealer training, you’ll be the driving force behind new model introductions.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead cross-functional planning for new model launches
*Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and timelines
*Support creation of product materials, training content, and marketing collateral
*Oversee photography and video shoots for new models
*Contribute to pricing, positioning, and residual value strategies
*Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
*Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform launch decisions
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in automotive product launches or strong product management background
*Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Familiarity with compliance processes and MVRIS submissions is a plus
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
