Job Description:
Location: Evesham (with travel to other sites)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
I’m recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Estates and Facilities Operative. This is a hands-on role maintaining safe, clean, and well-presented spaces across multiple sites. Duties include health and safety checks, minor repairs, and supporting residents with small tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Routine inspections and fire safety checks
*Minor repairs (signage, lightbulbs, locks, basic decorating)
*Liaising with contractors
*External tasks such as litter picking and deep cleaning
Requirements:
*Previous estates/facilities experience
*Knowledge of health and safety practices
*Ability to carry out minor maintenance tasks
*Full driving licence and business-use vehicle
