IFA Administrator
Salary: £30,000
Location: Alderley Edge
An established and highly regarded financial planning firm is seeking a ’Client Relationship Executive’ to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while providing high-quality operational and administrative support to Financial Planners and Technical Planners. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent client outcomes by managing workflows, preparing annual reviews, processing new business, and handling ad hoc client queries in a timely, organised, and compliant manner.
The Role
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will act as a central point of coordination between clients, planners, paraplanners and providers, ensuring all client servicing and new business activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
General Accountabilities
*Provide administrative and operational support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
*Follow internal processes and procedures at all times
*Maintain a strong understanding of compliance requirements and FCA regulations
*Communicate with clients in a professional and compliant manner
*Adhere to Training & Competence, financial crime, data protection and AML policies
Specific Responsibilities
*Support pre-business activity including CRM data entry, preparation of meeting documentation, letters of authority, provider liaison and basic research
*Manage new business processing including application completion, online submissions, provider chasing and client communication
*Support ongoing client servicing including review preparation, valuations, CRM updates, client correspondence and meeting preparation
*Ensure client files are accurate, complete and compliant at all times
*Liaise closely with Financial Planners to clarify client objectives, attitude to risk and capacity for loss
*Welcome clients to the office and assist with meeting preparation as required
About You
*Broad knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, the financial services industry
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage workload effectively and meet agreed deadlines
*Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
*Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
*Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
*Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
