Job Title: SEN Teacher

Contract Type: Temp(Jan- Feb half term)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs.
*Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
*Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals.
*Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed.
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding and SEN policies.
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties).
*Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
