My client is a global leader in sales and service performance improvement, working with some of the world’s most recognisable organisations. They combine behavioural science, AI-driven sales tools and award-winning learning
technology to deliver measurable commercial impact at scale.
They’re now hiring a Client Director (UK) to drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
The Opportunity:
This is a senior, quota-carrying role where you will:
*Win new enterprise clients and expand existing global accounts
*Own and close high-value deals (£150k-£1.5m+), often at C-suite level
*Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, RFPs, negotiation and close
*Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
*Identify and convert long-term growth opportunities within key accounts
*Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to maximise client value
*Build and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce
What They’re Looking For:
*Proven consultative / solutions sales experience
*Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
*Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
*Strong commercial drive and target focus
*Outstanding communication and presentation skills
*Experience selling training, consultancy or professional services (highly desirable)
