Purchase Ledger / Finance Administrator (Temporary – 3 Months)
Contract: Temporary (3 months)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Poole (Hybrid working available, office presence preferred)
Start Date: January
Pay: £14–£15 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger / Finance Administrator to join our client on a temporary, 3-month basis. This role sits within a small, close-knit team of 2–3 people, which is part of a larger finance department. You’ll have the benefit of working in a collaborative environment while enjoying the support and resources of a wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts administration, or finance administration who is available to start in January.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing Purchase Ledger processes using Iplicit accounting software
*Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
*Recording purchases and maintaining up-to-date records
*Tracking payments and ensuring timely processing
*Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries
*Assisting with cash flow management
*Consulting with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
*Previous experience in purchase ledger, finance administration, or accounts administration
*Familiarity with Iplicit accounting software (preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
*Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
