Customer Service Advisor
*Job Type: Full-time
*Location: Bournemouth
*Salary: £25,000
Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and suppliers regarding waste services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
*Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
*Understand and respond to client queries, escalating issues as necessary.
*Manage daily tasks, ensuring all issues are resolved by day’s end.
*Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence.
*Handle email inquiries and process customer credits when applicable.
*Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in customer service.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
*Ability to work both independently and within a team.
