Reporting into the Senior HRBP you will be working as part of a HR team
A trusted HR Partner to your business area for all aspects of HR site based in Leeds

*Managing complex ER casework with confidence and professionalism
*Coaching, guiding, and upskilling managers to build capability
*Driving and supporting organisational change initiatives
*Building strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with day-to-day operations across all aspects of people
*Delivering the HR strategy in your business area
Profile
*Is currently operating as HR Business Partner in manufacturing, logistics, engineering or consultation
*Proven HR partnering experience in operational industries
*Strong ER knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Job Offer
*Salary up to £48k
*4 days per week onsite, 1 day WFH
