Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager

The Role:
You will play a key role within the lettings department, taking ownership of a residential portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of tenancies while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Conducting property inspections and overseeing compliance standards
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
*Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants
*Managing tenancy renewals, documentation and legal compliance
*Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventories
*Resolving issues efficiently and proactively
*Supporting the wider lettings function and contributing to service excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in lettings or property management
*Organised, detail-driven and highly professional
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident managing their own diary and priorities
*Proactive with a solutions-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence essential
