Learning Support Mentor - Construction | Always Recruiting | Cambridge
Reed Further Education is always recruiting dedicated Learning Support Mentors to provide academic and practical support for students studying Construction at colleges in Cambridge. We have opportunities for both temporary and permanent roles, with rates of pay negotiable.
What You’ll Do:
*Support learners in construction workshops and classrooms.
*Assist students with practical tasks and help them engage in learning activities.
*Provide guidance to ensure learners achieve their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with young adults in a construction setting.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*A proactive, supportive approach to working with learners.
