Business Manager/PA
Norwich City Centre
We are seeking an exceptional Business Manager/PA to support our a senior leadership team and help to deliver a consistently outstanding client experience. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, proactive, and confident in making independent decisions. Professionalism, positivity, and critical thinking are essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, travel bookings, resource scheduling and event planning.
*Prepare documents, coordinate online tools and assessments, and manage off site logistics (3–4 per year).
*Handle timely email communication, often on behalf of the leadership team.
*Update and maintain Salesforce CRM, monitor royalty spreadsheets, and use Xero for basic financial tasks.
*Liaise effectively with clients’ Executive Assistants and international business managers, and collaborate closely with the internal team.

*Strong customer focus and the ability to anticipate needs.
*A team player.
*Commercial awareness and confidence articulating value propositions.
*Solid administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
