Valuer / Sales Negotiator

A highly regarded independent estate agency in Shrewsbury is looking to recruit an experienced Valuer / Sales Negotiator to join their successful and well-established team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and personable estate agent who enjoys both winning new business and progressing sales, while delivering a first-class service to vendors and buyers alike.
The role would suit someone already working in residential sales who is confident conducting market appraisals, generating instructions and negotiating offers, or a strong negotiator ready to step further into a valuing-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conducting property market appraisals and securing new instructions
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties for sale
*Carrying out accompanied viewings
*Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible outcome for clients
*Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
*Sales progression and pipeline management through to completion
*Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
*Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in residential estate agency
*Confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
*Highly organised with excellent communication skills
*Target driven and commercially aware
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
