What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications
*Setting engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and reliability

*Working closely with product, design, and data teams to translate ideas into deliverables
*Managing release cycles, monitoring performance, and coordinating incident response

*Ensuring best practices around accessibility, security, and performance optimisation
*Tracking technical debt, proposing improvements, and planning long-term enhancements
What You’ll Bring
*Strong experience leading web development teams in a fast-paced environment
*Expertise with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or similar
*Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS
*Solid understanding of back-end technologies (Node.js, APIs, microservices)
*Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and version control best practices
*Familiarity with performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and SEO fundamentals
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
*Bonus: Experience with headless CMS, GraphQL, containerisation, or serverless architectures
