Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum

My client is forward-thinking, independent estate agency with multiple offices across London, specialising in the sale and letting of high-quality residential property. They are market leaders in their core areas across North London and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established Property Management and Accounts team.

The Role

You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants within a managed portfolio of up to 120 properties. You will work closely with a Lettings Manager and the Head of Department, who will provide ongoing support and training from day one.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys responsibility and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities *Preparing landlord-related documentation accurately and on time, and explaining documents clearly to clients
*Preparing tenant-related documentation accurately and on time
*Conducting interim property inspections and making maintenance recommendations
*Taking full responsibility for property maintenance issues
*Responding promptly to tenant maintenance enquiries by phone and email
*Communicating regularly with landlords and tenants to provide updates on works
*Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, records, and progress notes
*Advising landlords of issues and obtaining approval for quotations
About You

You will be professional, organised, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will demonstrate:
*Proven experience in property management
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Knowledge of property maintenance or building works
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A professional and approachable manner
*The ability to remain calm and patient in pressured situations
*Confidence working independently within defined procedures
*A collaborative, team-oriented approach
Knowledge & Experience *Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management (essential)
*Strong IT skills, including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
