Job Description:
Senior Conveyancer
*Up to £52k dependent on experience
*Office-based
*Warrington
Our client is an established, multi-discipline firm with several offices across the UK. They are committed to providing excellent service to their clients. They provide an unmatched level of support for their clients and staff members, and are currently looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their team in Warrington.
Duties
*Handling a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing files, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and more
*Ensuring compliance with professional conduct roles and internal and external policies and procedures
*Ensuring achievement of billing and profit targets for your team
*Stimulating growth within your caseload
*Ensure personal and team conversions of enquiries into new business
*Delivering exceptional client service at all times
You
*You must have at least 3 years’ experience within residential conveyancing, during which time you must have carried your own varied caseload
*Qualification – CLC, CILEX etc. – preferred but not essential
*Fantastic communication skills
*Ability to meet deadlines
*Able to motivate yourself and the rest of the team
*Full and thorough knowledge of the conveyancing process
On Offer
*Annual salary up to £52,000
*Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm
*Company pension scheme
*Office-based working in Warrington
*23 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year
