Junior IFA Administrator
Location: Surrey
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IFA Administrator to join their growing financial advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in financial services administration, supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support to IFAs, including preparing client documentation and reports.
*Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records.
*Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations and policy information.
*Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
Skills & Experience:
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial platforms is an advantage.
*Previous experience in financial services or administration is desirable but not essential.
