In-House HR Administrator - Temp to Perm/FTC or Perm

We are seeking an In-House HR Administrator to join our clients team in the SW London area. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and general administration. The position offers a great opportunity for involvement in company events and potential growth within the company as it expands.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the HR department with administrative tasks.
*Manage onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.
*Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
*Handle general administrative duties including document management and HR database upkeep.
*Schedule rotas and monitor employee absences to ensure adequate staffing.
*Participate in the planning and execution of regular company events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
