Job Description:
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds the maintenance operations together. You’ll plan, schedule, organise, and coordinate works -making sure the right engineer is in the right place, at the right time, with the right kit. No two days are the same!
Full time, office based
Monday-Friday between 8am & 5.30pm
20 days holiday & a birthday treat with the day off!
Service Coordinator responsibilities:
*Planning and scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
*Ordering filters, materials, and access equipment ahead of visits
*Coordinating engineers and managing daily job updates
*Handling reactive service calls and arranging engineer attendance
*Reviewing engineer reports and raising queries when needed
*Uploading reports to internal systems and client portals (on time, every time!)
*Managing asset registers and maintenance records
*Booking remedial works and quoting repairs
*Costing call-outs and remedial works
*Preparing generic RAMS
*Providing friendly, non-technical support to clients
*Responding to customer and engineer emails
*Supporting daily admin checks and reports
This Role Is Perfect for You If You… *Have experience in service coordination or facilities management (bonus points!)
*Love being organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Have great IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
*Enjoy juggling priorities and hitting deadlines
*Have a sharp eye for detail
*Are a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
*Like finding smarter, more efficient ways of working
