Pallet Network Operations Manager
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

A well-established logistics business is currently recruiting for an experienced Pallet Network Operations Manager to take responsibility for service performance, depot relationships, and operational efficiency across a national pallet network.
This is a key hire for the business and would suit a hands-on operator with strong pallet network knowledge who can manage day-to-day performance while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities *Manage and oversee day-to-day pallet network operations
*Act as the main point of contact with pallet network hubs and member depots
*Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, damages, claims, and service failures
*Investigate and resolve operational issues and escalations
*Manage carrier and depot performance, reviews, and corrective actions
*Support peak planning, contingency management, and service recovery
*Produce operational reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders
*Work closely with internal transport, warehouse, and customer service teams
Candidate Profile *Proven experience as a Pallet Network Operations Manager within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment.
*Strong working knowledge of UK pallet networks and hub-and-spoke models
*Experience managing depot relationships and service performance
*Commercially aware with a focus on cost control and efficiency
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence external partners
*Data-driven and solutions-focused
*Live within a commutable distance of Doncaster.
