Residential Conveyancer Jobs Devon – Property Law Vacancy
Residential Conveyancer | Residential Property Lawyer | Conveyancing Jobs Devon
Locations: Torquay, Newton Abbot, Paignton & East Devon
Working Pattern: Full-Time or Part-Time Available
A well-established and expanding Devon law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving residential property department. This is a new opportunity created due to continued growth in conveyancing instructions across all its Devon offices.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners who are confident managing their own caseload.
The Role – Residential Property Conveyancing
You will handle a broad and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Buy-to-let and residential investment property
*Remortgages and refinancing matters
*New build conveyancing transactions
*Transfers of equity and joint ownership matters
*Probate-related residential property sales
*Matrimonial property transfers
*Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes
You will work closely with clients, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors, ensuring files are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this residential conveyancing role, you should have:
*At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
*Experience running files from start to finish
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Formal qualification is not essential – the firm is happy to consider qualified and unqualified Conveyancers with relevant experience.
