Our client, a highly regarded and long-established estate agency in Derby area, is expanding due to continued success and increased market share. As a result, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer to join their dynamic and high-performing team.
The Role:This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you’ll be instrumental in driving property sales, carrying out valuations, and negotiating deals from offer to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, a proactive attitude, and a proven track record in residential sales.

Their dedicated lettings and property management department oversees a large portfolio across the UK, and their sales branch continues to grow rapidly—thanks to outstanding service and consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:*Carry out property valuations and market appraisals
*Generate new instructions and win business
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Manage the sales process through to exchange and completion
*Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and homeowners
*Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:*Previous experience in residential property sales is essential
*Experience in valuing and listing properties highly desirable
*Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
