About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader: Work Based Learning – Construction to lead the delivery of apprenticeship standards within Construction and related provisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire learners, shape curriculum design, and ensure apprentices receive outstanding education and training that prepares them for successful careers.
As Team Leader, you will:
* Coordinate and lead apprenticeship provision for construction apprentices across campuses in South Yorkshire.

* Ensure apprentices receive high-quality teaching, support, and make excellent progress.

* Line manage staff within your area, providing day-to-day leadership and guidance.

* Lead quality assurance processes and oversee awarding body compliance.

* Champion innovation in curriculum design, aligning delivery with employer needs.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience of high-quality assessing/teaching within apprenticeships (ideally in construction).

* Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards, with the ability to lead programme design and delivery.

* A Level 3 or above in a vocationally relevant subject.

* Assessor’s award (TAQA/A1) and ideally an IQA qualification (support available to obtain this if not held).

* Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake.
