What will you do?
*Manage junior solicitors in the team
*Resolve property related disputes for high profile clients that includes household names, startups, private clients, retailers, landowner/property developers and investors
*Work alongside experienced expert colleagues
*Cases will include but not limited to disputes within: development land (including telecoms) property contracts, landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants
What will you need?
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
*Property Litigation experience
*The ability to be creative and solve clients issues in a way they both like & understand
*Managerial experience not needed
