What will you be doing?
*Leading in-person induction training for new consultants at our Reed Business School (3-day sessions, once a month)
*Running engaging training sessions at key Reed offices - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Northampton
*Supporting quarterly 2-day training events at our Northampton head office
*Driving impactful learning projects during your home-based days
Who are we looking for?
*Experienced agency recruiters with a proven billing track record
*Natural communicators with exceptional presentation skills
*Credible, proactive professionals who can lead by example
*Ideally, you’ll have experience in facilitating learning and building strong stakeholder relationships

* 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
