Reed is supporting a Sheffield based client to recruit an experience shipping / logistics coordinator into their team. This is a permanent role, working within an established international operation. Initial interviews will take place week commencing 5th of January so apply today to be considered.
Duties include:
*Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all shipping paperwork, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
*Arrange transport with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to meet customer deadlines & track shipments proactively, resolving any delays or unexpected issues quickly.
*Work closely with internal teams & keep customers and colleagues informed with timely updates, including ETAs, tracking details, and proof of delivery.
*Maintain detailed records of all shipping activities for audit and compliance purposes & support customs clearance processes
