As a Senior Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Leading NPI programme delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met
*Managing stakeholder relationships and acting as escalation point for customers and OEMs
*Driving cost control and reporting on programme performance to senior management
*Coaching and mentoring Programme Managers to achieve best practice
*Overseeing risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio
As a Senior Programme Manager, your experience will include:
*Proven programme management experience in complex, high-value projects
*Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
*Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
