Senior Customer Service Coordinator (Residential development)
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £42,000
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join a residential customer services team working for a renowned residential developer, managing customer care from handover through the 2-year warranty period.
Key Duties *Manage customer enquiries and defect resolution
*Coordinate contractors and track outstanding works
*Support and manage customer service coordinators and conduct monthly 1:1’s
*Keep customers and stakeholders informed - purchasers, housing associations updated on completed works
*Maintain accurate records and service standards
Requirements *Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience ideally within new homes or a similar role within the property sector
*Experience working with multiple stakeholders
*Strong organisation and time management skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office
*Calm, proactive, and customer-focused
