Financial Accountant
Cambridge (hybrid) with travel to London
Salary £40,000 to £50,000

Responsibilities:
*Monthly management accounts, forecasts, and regulatory submissions.
*Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets.
*Financial reporting and performance tracking.
*Support year-end audits and the preparation of financial statements.
*Supervise junior staff and lead outsourced accounting work.
*Manage bond payments, invoice processing, and monthly commission reconciliations.
*Serve as the primary contact for financial queries and ensure timely completion of month-end tasks.
*Prepare initial drafts of annual and interim financial statements and assist with year-end audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualification.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Proactive mindset with the confidence to take responsibility.
*Ability to lead and develop others.
*A desire to grow your career while making a difference.
