Job Description:
This role is about brand consistency and creative excellence across a global organisation, developing high-quality campaigns and assets that strengthen visibility and reputation. It partners with regional and school teams to deliver impactful marketing, using data, design expertise, and strong project management to elevate the brand.
Client Details
The client is a global education organisation operating international schools around the world.
Description
*Develop and maintain high-quality brand assets.
*Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
*Manage and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
*Use data and insights to measure performance and improve brand activity.
*Partner with digital, communications, research, and admissions teams to align work.
*Working with agencies to evolve and refresh creative materials.
*Provide training and coaching to help teams apply the brand effectively.
Profile
*Proven experience in marketing within the not-for-profit sector.
*Knowledge of brand strategy and development.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience in brand, communications, or marketing.
*Strong campaign delivery skills, able to coordinate teams and drive impactful outcomes.
*Excellent project management abilities, ensuring deadlines and priorities are always met.
*A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
*Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is beneficial but not essential
Job Offer
Salary - 55K - 60K
10% Bonus
London Based - Hybrid 3 days a week
