Job Description:
Speech and Language Teaching Assistant
Seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with experience of working with children and adolescents with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be working within an a SEN school recently OFSTED rated as Good. You will be working with students aged 10-19 years who have a wide variety of conditions including autistic spectrum disorder, global developmental delay, respiratory, neurological and neuromuscular pathologies.
This post provides many exciting opportunities including assessment, group work, one to one therapy and class-based interventions, working in collaboration with teaching staff, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation assistants.
