An exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Lines Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing, collaborative claims team. You’ll manage a complex portfolio across FI, D&O and E&O, working closely with underwriters, senior claims leadership and external counsel.

What you’ll be doing:
*Handling complex, high-value Professional Lines claims (lead & follow)
*Negotiating settlements and authorising payments within authority
*Preparing coverage and valuation correspondence
*Managing vendors including defence and coverage counsel
*Working with underwriters on exposures, policy wordings and renewals
*Producing MI, reports and supporting wider claims projects
What you’ll bring:
*Proven experience managing Professional Lines claims (Company & Lloyd’s)
*Strong knowledge of FI, D&O and E&O wordings
*Experience with international and/or US claims beneficial
*Excellent communication, organisation and technical ability
*Confident working with senior stakeholders
*Proactive, resilient and able to manage a varied caseload
