Reed Business Support is working in partnership with a well-established and highly reputable automotive organisation based in Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a confident sales professional with a passion for vehicles and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships while delivering results.
The Role
As Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of new and used commercial vehicles, while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Selling new and used commercial vehicles to business and trade customers
• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Generating new business through outbound activity, referrals and networking
• Building long-term relationships with customers and local businesses
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
• Staying up to date with product knowledge, finance options and market trends
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience in commercial vehicle or automotive sales (essential)
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, self-motivated and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
