Financial Adviser
*Annual Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 PA (depending on experience and qualifications), OTE: £100,000+ (plus car allowance)
*Location: South Wales

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Adviser to join our team in South Wales. This role involves taking over a client bank from a business we are acquiring, managing significant assets and contributing to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will deliver professional, compliant financial advice, build long-term client relationships, and uphold our firm’s reputation for integrity and excellence.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning.
*Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, needs, and objectives.
*Research and recommend suitable products and solutions from the centralised investment proposition.
*Prepare and present clear, personalised financial plans and suitability reports.
*Maintain accurate, compliant client records and documentation.
*Ensure all advice and communications meet FCA, Consumer Duty, and company standards.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
*Identify and address client vulnerabilities, ensuring extra care where needed.
*Respond efficiently to client enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
*Engage in ongoing professional development, including CPD and qualifications.
*Work collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI, or equivalent).
*Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
*Demonstrable experience in providing regulated financial advice.
*Up-to-date CPD record.
*Desirable: Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent Level 6 qualification, specialist accreditations, experience with CRM systems, additional language skills or experience with vulnerable clients.
