Technical Support Engineer
Tamworth, Staffordshire
£29’000 - £34’000 Basic + Bonus + Days + Package + Training & Progression + IMMEDIATE START
Join an industry leader as their technical support engineer in an interesting and varied role. You’ll receive in-depth product training, allowing you to further develop your expertise in remote monitoring and control systems, while providing first-line engineering support to clients across the UK and Europe.
If you’re looking to work with an ambitious team and continue growing your career as a technical support engineer -working on bespoke projects for an established equipment manufacturer within the food industry-this role offers exactly that. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge, take ownership of complex support issues, and work hands-on with modern, industry-relevant technology.
Your Role as Technical Support Engineer:
* Based on-site in the office
* Working with control panels
* In-house testing of remote automation and monitoring systems
* Dealing with clients when required, troubleshooting and problem-solving
You Will Have as a Technical Support Engineer:
* An electrical graduate or similar background
* Strong communication and IT skills
* Knowledge of PLC control systems
* Ability to commute to Tamworth, Midlands
