Leeds | 6 months+ experience | International Practice
Sacco Mann has an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial contracts paralegalto join a global commercial team based in Leeds city centre.
You’ll work within a forward legal team that supports in-house legal teams with their commercial contracts work. The role offers hands-on exposure across a range of clients, alongside legal, technical, and operational specialists who are helping to transform the way legal services are delivered. This is an excellent opportunity to build commercial experience in a first-class team.
Key responsibilities:
*Drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial contracts and variations
*Proofreading and cross-referencing documentation
*Providing administrative support to clients and lawyers
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
*A minimum of six months of experience working in a commercial team, either in private practice or in-house
*Commercial contracts experience
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
*A high level of ownership over your work and the confidence to use initiative
*Excellent attention to detail
