Description
*Lead and manage the transactional finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
*Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
*Prepare and review financial reports and statements for internal use.
*Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
*Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance.
*Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
*Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflow.
Profile
A successful Transactional Finance Team Leader should have:
*Have either gained previous experience in a similar Transaction Finance Team Leader position
*Or, have a strong transactional finance background and are ready to progress into leadership
*Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
*Flexible 3/2 split working arrangement.
*Standard working hours from 8:30 to 17:00.
*Easily commutable, Leeds City Centre location
