*Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations.
*Manage accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
*Provide support and guidance to the finance team as required.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
*Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when necessary.
Profile
A successful Payroll & Accounting Lead should have:
*Strong knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
*Proven expertise in Accounting & Finance within a professional setting.
