*Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok to deliver efficient, scalable CPL and CPA
*Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with business objectives.
*Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
*Conduct audience research to identify targeting opportunities.
*Analyse data to measure campaign success and report findings to stakeholders.
*Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
*Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices.
Profile
A successful Paid Media Manager should have:
*Have 4-5+ years’ experience managing Meta campaigns (TikTok experience strongly preferred)Have run performance-led, lead-generation campaigns at scale, ideally in regulated or high-volume environments
*Understand how to balance testing, learning velocity, and efficiency at different spend levels
*Are highly data-driven and comfortable turning noisy signals into clear decisions
*Take pride in clean, scalable account structures and disciplined workflows
*Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and can explain trade-offs confidently
