*Manage and oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
*Monitor customer accounts to identify and address overdue payments.
*Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
*Collaborate with internal teams to address queries related to invoices and payments.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Implement and recommend improvements to credit control processes and procedures.
*Provide support to the Accountancy & Finance department as required.
Profile
The successful Credit Control Manager will have experience in the above and be on short notice
