*Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
*Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
*Manage vendor communications and address payment inquiries promptly.
*Assist in month-end closing and generate relevant financial reports.
*Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
*Support the accounting & finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial and accountancy regulations and company procedures.
*Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
