Lettings Branch Manager
Location: London, Streatham
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Basic £22,000–£32,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission)
Car Allowance or Company Car Provided

We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated, and commercially savvy Lettings Branch Manager to lead our thriving Streatham office. This is more than just a job — it’s your opportunity to build a high-performing team, grow a successful branch, and make a real impact in the local market.
You’ll be at the forefront of performance, business development, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike. With your letting’s expertise, leadership skills, and drive to succeed, you’ll create a culture of excellence and growth.

Duties of the Role:
*Leading daily team meetings and coaching to hit KPIs
*Driving new and repeat business
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
*Ensuring compliance with all letting’s legislation
*Monitoring performance and supporting team development
Experience and Skills Required:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above
*Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Business planning and competitor analysis experience
*Excellent customer service and attention to detail
*Confident IT and telephone skills
