Permanent | Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate.
Hours: 40 hours per week - 8am to 5pm

As the Branch Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, becoming the go-to person for organisation, coordination, and confident communication. It’s a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look quite the same—and where your contributions will be genuinely valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing proactive PA and administrative support to the Branch Manager, staying one step ahead and helping the team remain organised and efficient.
*Managing the branch switchboard and all incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive experience across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
*Handling key financial admin tasks, including processing invoices, delivery notes, quotations, and related documents.
*Preparing accurate sales quotations and issuing invoices and delivery tickets.
*Completing daily cashiering duties and maintaining a clear line of communication with Head Office.
*Keeping all data, records, and filing systems up-to-date, including confidential information and stock documentation.
*Maintaining the sales database and supporting reporting requirements.
*Assisting with events and trade shows alongside the sales team.
*Supporting branch operations with general administrative duties.
*Conducting monthly domestic stock checks.
*Helping maintain smooth communication across the team to support daily branch activity.
*Ensuring every customer interaction reflects professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

*Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
*Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
*Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
*Exceptional attention to detail in both written and numerical work.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Self-motivated, approachable, and a supportive team player.
*Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering excellent service.
*A full clean driver’s licence is essential.
