Business Analyst – 12-Month FTC

West Midlands (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum
REED Technology are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, driving change, and delivering impactful solutions. If you have a background in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services, and you’re passionate about leveraging Agile methodologies and CRM systems to transform business processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
*Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
*Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
*Work closely with digital transformation teams to convert requirements into user stories for Agile development sprints.
*Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
*Document and propose solutions, oversee implementation, and support change initiatives.
*Perform user acceptance testing and ensure successful release handovers.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
*Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
*Hands-on experience with CRM systems – XPlan preferred, but IRISS, Salesforce, or similar will be considered.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Ability to work on-site in Birmingham 3 days per week.
