The Role – What will you be doing?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter, responsible for sourcing top talent for global clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies across our specialist industries
*Conducting candidate searches using our database, LinkedIn, job boards and social media
*Headhunting and engaging candidates through proactive outreach
*Preparing and presenting pre-qualified CVs to the business development team
*Coordinating interviews, including preparation, travel arrangements and debriefs
*Providing post-placement support, including accommodation, travel and compliance checks
*Identifying new business opportunities to support ongoing growth
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from individuals who:
*Are self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
*Have experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres or commission-based roles
*Are confident communicators with strong relationship-building skills
*Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
*Are ambitious and motivated by progression and financial rewards
Desirable: Previous sales or target-driven experience (not essential – attitude is key!)
