Job Description:
Project Support Coordinator (Reporting)
London / Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
12 months with a strong possibility of extension
Proven experience in carve-out or M&A programmes for a multi-site organisation is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the detailed planning and scheduling of project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with the overall programme plan and critical path.
*Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, including preparation of agendas, pre-reads, and timely follow-up of actions.
*Produce high-quality project documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior audiences
*Maintain and manage project calendars, ensuring visibility of key milestones, dependencies, and resource commitments.
*Track progress against plans, proactively identifying slippage or risks to delivery.
*Act as a liaison between internal teams and the System Integrator (SI) partner.
*Track SI deliverables, KPIs, and actions, escalating risks where required
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a project support role within a large, complex transformation, separation, or carve-out programme (ideally in a PE or regulated environment).
*Demonstrable experience supporting robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder management processes.
*Experience supporting project financial management, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
*Willingness and ability to work in the office (London/Birmingham) at least three days per week, with flexibility to support key programme events as required.
