Job Description:
Morgan Mckinley are supporting a client based in Bristol who are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to work with them on fixed term contract.
As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
*Processing invoices and purchase orders in line within procedures
*Creating and verifying new supplier accounts
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
*Raising sales invoices and supporting debt collection
*Supporting internal customers and maintaining financial controls
*Contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with finance policies
*Providing cover for finance colleagues and attending meetings as required

*Is proficient in Excel and financial systems
